    What's New?

    • All self-learning courses hosted earlier on the iGOT Diksha platform have been successfully on-boarded on the LMIS portal.
    • The Training Management Information System (TMIS) will soon be integrated with LMIS portal.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    To access courses, a healthcare professional will have to create an account on the LMIS portal. First, registration will be done by clicking the Login/Register button on the top. Enrolment in any course can be done by clicking on the "Enrol now" option on the course page.
    A professional can use the Search tab on the Home page to conduct a keyword search to identify the appropriate course. The categories provided on the home page can also be used to access courses organised by theme, profession, and division.
    A professional can use the “Forgot Password” feature to reset their login credentials. It is not recommended to create a new account, as all completed and in-progress courses from the past will not be reflected in the new account.

    Focused Learning for Health Workforce

    Vision: To provide world class, readily accessible continued education for all healthcare professionals in the country without disrupting regular services. Mission: To provide standard training to the healthcare staff across the horizons of public and private care subsectors, covering professionals from primary care centers located in rural and remote areas all the way up to tertiary care and corporate hospitals in metropolitan cities.

    Online and Personalized Training Program

    The portal will host theme based customized courses developed in collaboration with global healthcare agencies like WHO, UNICEF, UNDP, and reputed national/international institutes, peer reviewed and approved by domain experts from the concerned departments, open for all healthcare workers in the country.

    Integration with Training Management Information System (TMIS)

    This portal will also integrate the robust training information system of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and preserve the on-site training data alongside the courses being consumed on the portal. This will enable single-window access to information on all health-related trainings happening in the country.

    About SAKSHAM

    This is an initiative of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India to onboard all health-related training programs for healthcare workforce in an integrated learning mode. SAKSHAM will serve as:

    • A common portal for quality driven, up-to-date, globally relevant courses in the health sector.
    • A central repository for training and teaching materials.
    • An enabler for case-based learning in the sector.
    • A central database of trained healthcare professionals of the country.
