About the Course

Putrefactive changes appear after the disappearance of rigor mortis whereas autolytic process starts at cellular level much earlier. Appearance of different skin color changes, gas formation and liquefaction of organs are the main presenting features of decomposition. Different physical agents like temperature, humidity as well as biological agents like microorganisms & their enzymes are responsible for these changes.
