This course provides an overview of substance use disorders related to sedatives, hypnotics, and anxiolytics (SHA), covering their epidemiology, etiopathogenesis, and underlying pharmacology and physiology. It equips learners with skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and identification of complications of SHA use disorders. It also explains basic management, including screening, brief intervention, and referral for treatment.-
