Goal: To enhance healthcare professionals knowledge and skills to promote safe medication practices and minimize medication errors across the healthcare system.

Objectives:

To understand the fundamental concepts and principles of medication safety and error prevention.
To identify common sources and types of medication errors in healthcare institutions.
To apply national and international guidelines for safe prescribing, dispensing, and administration of drugs.
To develop strategies for reporting, analyzing, and mitigating adverse drug events.
