About the Course
Vasopressors causes vasoconstriction, which leads to increased systemic vascular resistance. Vasodilators dilate or prevent constriction of the blood vessels, which allow greater blood flow to various organs in the body. This course explains the mechanism of action of various vasopressors and vasoconstrictors, their dose, indications for starting the medications, their duration of action and their adverse effects.
