About the Course
Hypovolemic shock primarily due to hemorrhage is the most common cause of shock in acutely injured patients. Based on the clinical signs and symptoms we can quickly recognize and apply techniques ( ie from external compression to emerging techniques) to achieve early hemostasis. In this course, we will learn about the "ATLS" protocol for initial assessment & management of acutely injured patients.
