About the Course

Purpose: This unit highlights the importance of motivation for enhancing the employees’ performance in order to achieve quality in healthcare services. The concept   and   basic process of motivation will also be explained to you, along with the concept of teamwork and its application in the

National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). 

Time required: Two hours 

Prerequisite: This unit can be read and learnt independently without being linked to any other unit.
