About the Course
Purpose: The purpose of this unit is to develop an in-depth knowledge amongst the Programme managers regarding the basic concepts of management. These include the definition, functions, and principles of management. The unit also explains the roles of managers for the efficient functioning of healthcare facilities at various levels.
Time required: Three hours
Prerequisite: This unit should be done after unit 8 of course 2.
