About the Course
Purpose: This unit provides an overview of capacity building initiatives mandated under the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). It describes the need for capacity building of health personnel and the types of training programmes provided under NRHM. It also provides an overview of the personnel requiring various trainings, duration of these trainings and their budget.
Time required: Two hours
Prerequisite: This unit should be completed after completing Theme 2 Block 2.1, Unit 6
