About the Course

Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a gradually developing disorder of the cardiopulmonary system which is manifested by the rise in mean Pulmonary Artery Pressure (mPAP) up to 25 mmHg or greater at rest. Here, we will be discussing the drug therapies such as stimulators of cGMP, membrane receptors agonists, membrane receptors antagonists and ion channel blockers currently being used for the management of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
