Purpose: This unit describes the characteristics of a good leader and the differences between managers and leaders. The importance of a performance appraisal will also be discussed in this unit.

Prerequisite: This unit should be done after Course 3 of Unit 1

    1. Enumerate the qualities a leader should have
    2. Describe how to develop leadership qualities
    3. Enumerate the tools for being good leaders
    4. Write what a performance related problem

    6. Identify solutions that will actually improve employees’ performances where it is really needed
