About the Course

PurposeParticipatory Learning and Action (PLA) is a systematic approach, used by health personnel for the adoption of public health initiatives. It is a tool meant to elicit better responses out of community based health programmes. Thus, doctors responsible for delivering services under various health programmes are expected to be conversant with the PLA approach.
