About the Course

Purpose: It is common to see out of date management practices mixed with the state-of-the-art medical equipment and sophisticated information technologies in health systems. The dynamics of demography and epidemiology demand a change in managing the delivery of health services. In this background, doctors managing health services must cultivate the capacity to manage the change.
