About the Course

Purpose: This unit describes the development of Annual Training Plans which are a component of the Programme Implementation Plans (PIPs) at the block, district and state level. The process of developing training plans, conducting training needs assessment, calculation of training loads and other aspects for effective training programmes have been discussed. Training programmes required for each cadre of personnel are provided in templates for calculating the training load.
